LEADERSHIP
DAVID DEIGHTON
As Principal, David is responsible for leading both the strategic direction of the firm and its day-to-day operations.
David’s formative years of engineering and construction were founded in the high pressure results orientated environment of the armed forces, serving with HM Corps of Royal Engineers. A bedrock of learning in the field of development was garnered at Canary Wharf in London, an integral part of the company growth and delivery of some 13.5 million square foot of mixed use space during a fourteen year engagement with the organisation.
David moved back into the hospitality sector with an appointment as project lead for the reinvigoration of the Four Seasons flagship property on Park Lane, London, followed by further, international, hospitality assignments in the Bahamas and Barbados.
In New York, David took the lead to guide ownership through the iconic ground up new build of the Whitney Museum of America Art.
A transition of organisations to Lehrer LLC, attaining partnership, and further international experience gained in Mumbai followed whilst in New York leading the complex delivery of a new laboratory research building on top of the FDR for The Rockefeller University.
A development monitoring role for a major investor on one of New Yorks tallest residential towers, project lead on the Mount Sinai Beth Israel new hospital, Advisory Board member for a leading construction technology firm and most recently Project Director for a major new stadium project development, accounts for more than 35 years of industry experience across all sectors.
